Inhomogeneous almost symmetric submanifolds
Claudio Gorodski, Carlos Olmos

TL;DR
This paper characterizes inhomogeneous almost symmetric submanifolds in Euclidean space, showing they are unions of parallel symmetric submanifolds, thus providing a complete geometric classification.
Contribution
It provides a complete description of inhomogeneous almost symmetric submanifolds as unions of parallel symmetric submanifolds, a novel classification result.
Findings
Inhomogeneous almost symmetric submanifolds are unions of parallel symmetric submanifolds.
Complete geometric classification of these submanifolds.
New insights into the structure of symmetric and almost symmetric submanifolds.
Abstract
