Chong-Chung Lih, Chao-Qiang Geng

TL;DR
This paper employs a light-front quark model to analyze the electromagnetic form factors of hyperons in electron-positron collisions, achieving results that align well with experimental data from BESIII.
Contribution
It introduces a Bethe-Salpeter formalism with non-valence contributions to accurately calculate hyperon form factors in a light-front quark model.
Findings
Form factors closely match BESIII data.
Calculated effective form factors and ratios for hyperons at specific q^2 values.
Demonstrates the model's effectiveness in describing hyperon electromagnetic properties.
Abstract
We use the light front quark model to investigate the form factors in the collision proceses with and . These form factor behaviors are calculated based on the Bethe-Salpeter formalism with to effectively account for non-valence contributions. We show that our results of the -dependent form factors closely match the BESIII data. In particalar, we obtain that ) and ,~) for ,~ which GeV.
