TL;DR
This paper reports updated lattice QCD calculations of the hadronic light-by-light contribution to the muon g-2 using twisted-mass fermions at the physical point, including continuum extrapolations and disconnected contributions.
Contribution
It provides the first comprehensive lattice QCD determination of HLbL contributions to muon g-2 at the physical point with continuum extrapolation and disconnected diagrams.
Findings
Continuum-extrapolated results for strange- and charm-quark contributions.
Results for light-quark connected contributions at one lattice spacing.
Initial estimates of light-quark 2+2 disconnected contributions.
Abstract
We present updated results for the hadronic light-by-light (HLbL) contribution to the muon anomalous magnetic moment. The calculations are based on ETMC's Wilson-clover twisted-mass ensembles at the physical point. We perform continuum extrapolations for the strange- and charm-quark connected contributions and report on our results for the light-quark connected and light-quark 2+2 disconnected contributions at one lattice spacing.
