Corrigendum to the paper "Maximum number of rational points on hypersurfaces in weighted projective spaces over finite fields", Journal of Algebra and Its Applications, Vol. 24, No. 13n14, 2541015(2025)
Yves Aubry (IMATH, I2M), Marc Perret (IMT)

TL;DR
This corrigendum corrects a specific proposition in a previous paper on the maximum number of rational points on hypersurfaces in weighted projective spaces over finite fields, ensuring the validity of the original results under certain gcd conditions.
Contribution
It provides a corrected statement for Proposition 3.2 and clarifies the conditions under which the original results remain valid.
Findings
Corrected Proposition 3.2 statement
Validity of original results under gcd conditions
Clarification of assumptions in the original paper
Abstract
The statement of item (ii) of Proposition 3.2 of the article referenced in the title is not correct. We provide a corrected version and show that, under the assumption that for any pair in (with the notations of the paper), our initial statement becomes valid, as does the remainder of the paper.
