Twisted holography from the B-model on a 7-fold
Seraphim Jarov

TL;DR
This paper constructs a topological string duality involving Calabi-Yau 7-folds, twistor spaces, and supersymmetric gauge theories, revealing twisted holography relations to chiral algebras and matrix models.
Contribution
It introduces a novel topological string framework for twisted holography on Calabi-Yau 7-folds, connecting twistor uplifted gauge theories with matrix models and chiral algebras.
Findings
Establishes a duality between B-model on AdS3×S3 and 2d chiral algebra.
Connects twistor uplift of self-dual theories with matrix models from localization.
Shows reduction of duality via superpotential and twisting procedures.
Abstract
I study a topological string construction of the holographic duality between Kodaira-Spencer gravity on the Calabi-Yau 7-fold in the presence of a stack of backreacted D5 branes wrapping twistor space, . The theory on the stack of branes is the twistor uplift of self-dual gauge theory. I show that turning on a bulk superpotential and twisting the brane theory by the dual supercharge reduces the duality to twisted holography which relates the B-model on AdS to the 2d chiral algebra subsector of . I do an analogous computation for the twistor uplift of self-dual by working on the Calabi-Yau 7-fold . I also connect twists of the twistor uplift of self-dual with the…
