Abstract
Based on the data sample of events collected with the BESIII detector, this contribution presents recent advances in baryon spectroscopy. Key results from amplitude analyses of the decay channels , , and are summarized. Prospects for future baryon spectroscopy studies at BESIII are also discussed.
