Cong Li, Wen-Long Sang, Hong-Fei Zhang

TL;DR
This paper calculates high-order QCD corrections to specific meson production processes at B factories, providing precise theoretical predictions that align well with experimental data and offer tests for the NRQCD framework.
Contribution
It introduces a novel method of combining series expansions to accurately compute helicity amplitudes for $e^+e^- o ext{meson}+ ext{photon}$ processes at NNLO in QCD.
Findings
Perturbative corrections are small for $ ext{chi}_{c0}+ ext{gamma}$
Moderate for $ ext{chi}_{c1}+ ext{gamma}$
Substantial for $ ext{eta}_c+ ext{gamma}$ and $ ext{chi}_{c2}+ ext{gamma}$
Abstract
We investigate the processes and at B factories within the NRQCD factorization framework, computing the corresponding helicity amplitudes through . The short-distance coefficients are obtained as series expansions in around , using the method of differential equations. By combining the expansions from all four points, we construct composite asymptotic expressions that reproduce the exact results accurately over the full range , with relative errors below over most of the domain and remaining under elsewhere. Analytic expressions for the leading and next-to-leading logarithmic terms are extracted in the limit . Using these results, we compute the unpolarized cross sections and observe that the perturbative corrections are small for…
