Comment on "Role of Matter Interactions in Superradiant Phenomena"
Max H\"ormann, Anja Langheld, Jonas Leibig, Andreas Schellenberger, Kai Phillip Schmidt

TL;DR
This paper clarifies the phase structure of the Dicke-Ising model, confirming the existence of an intermediate superradiant-antiferromagnetic phase and phase transition changes, countering previous claims.
Contribution
It demonstrates that the previously claimed absence of certain phases and transition features in the Dicke-Ising model is incorrect, reaffirming their presence in the model.
Findings
Existence of intermediate superradiant-antiferromagnetic phase
Change in the order of phase transition lines
Confirmation of phase features in the parameter range
Abstract
Recently, Mendon\c{c}a et al. [arXiv:2503.04961] investigated the Dicke-XXZ model and the Dicke-Ising model. For the latter model, their calculated quantum phase diagram contradicts claims about the existence of an intermediate phase with superradiant and antiferromagnetic order and the change in order of some phase transition lines, observed in other studies. In this comment we demonstrate that both features are indeed present in the Dicke-Ising model for the investigated parameter range in [arXiv:2503.04961].
