Hadronic decays of possible pseudoscalar $P$-wave $D\bar{D}^\ast/\bar{D}D^\ast$ molecular state
Shi-Dong Liu, Qi Wu, Gang Li

TL;DR
This paper predicts the existence and decay properties of a pseudoscalar P-wave D D* molecular state, called G0(3900), suggesting experimental searches in specific hidden-charm decay channels.
Contribution
It introduces a theoretical prediction of a new pseudoscalar molecular state G0(3900) and calculates its decay widths within a meson exchange model.
Findings
G0(3900) likely observable in future experiments.
Dominant decay modes are G0→ωJ/ψ and G0→π+π−ηc(1S).
Open-charm decay rate is very small.
Abstract
Recently, the new structure observed by the BESIII Collaboration in the was identified to be the -wave vector molecular resonance using a unified meson exchange model. Apart from the vector -wave state, a possible pseudoscalar -wave molecular state of the [called for short] was also predicted, which is likely to be observed in future experiments. Within the molecular framework, we calculated the partial decay widths for a series of hadronic decays of the , including , , , and . Under present model parameters, the hidden-charm decay modes are dominated by the and , and the partial widths can reach 1 MeV and 0.1 MeV,…
