M.P. Telenkov, Yu.A. Mityagin, D.S.Korchagin

TL;DR
This paper investigates how electron scattering with longitudinal polar optical phonons in quantum wells is affected by a tilted magnetic field, analyzing the scattering rate's dependence on field strength and orientation.
Contribution
It provides new insights into the behavior of electron-phonon scattering rates in quantum wells under tilted magnetic fields, a topic not extensively explored before.
Findings
Scattering rate varies with magnetic field magnitude.
Scattering rate depends on the tilt angle of the magnetic field.
Behavior of scattering rate is characterized across different field configurations.
Abstract
The electron scattering with longitudinal polar optical phonons in a quantizing magnetic field tilted to the plane of quantum well layers is studied. The scattering rate's behavior at variation of the magnetic field magnitude and orientation is established.
