Abstract
With the development of intelligence, the combination of big data and judicial practice has become a hot research topic. There are fewer studies on credit card contract disputes related to big data, which makes it difficult to respond to the trend of Big data era. This paper uses the data source of credit card disputes related to the protection of personal information in Beijing from 2022 to 2024, introduces a social network analysis methodology to analyse validated judgements and creates a database. Through the analysis of the relationship network indicators of applicable laws and regulations, it can clearly show the laws and regulations applicable to this type of dispute in China in terms of substantive and procedural matters.
