TL;DR
This paper measures the inclusive branching fractions of $B_s^0$ decays into various $D$ mesons using data from the Belle detector, providing new insights into $B_s^0$ decay patterns at the $0860$ resonance.
Contribution
First measurement of the $B_s^0 o D^{ ext{(±)}} X$ branching fraction, expanding understanding of $B_s^0$ decay channels with improved precision.
Findings
Measured $(B_s^0 o D_s^{ ext{(±)}} X)$ as 68.6% with uncertainties.
Measured $(B_s^0 o D^0/ar{D}^0 X)$ as 21.5% with uncertainties.
Determined $f_s$ at the $0860$ resonance as 21.4%.
Abstract
We report measurements of the absolute branching fractions , , and , where the latter is measured for the first time. The results are based on a 121.4\,fb data sample collected at the resonance by the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy collider. We reconstruct one meson in events and measure yields of , , and mesons in the rest of the event. We obtain , , and , where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is systematic. Averaging with previous Belle…
