TL;DR
This paper constructs new $AdS_3$ and $AdS_2$ solutions involving disk and spindle geometries in supergravity, analyzes their properties, and computes holographic and entropy quantities, advancing understanding of wrapped brane configurations.
Contribution
It introduces novel supergravity solutions with disk and spindle geometries, including their uplift to higher dimensions and flux quantizations, expanding the landscape of known wrapped brane solutions.
Findings
Constructed $AdS_3$ and $AdS_2$ solutions with disk and spindle geometries.
Performed flux quantizations and calculated holographic central charge.
Calculated Bekenstein-Hawking entropy for the solutions.
Abstract
We construct and study the and solutions of -gauged supergravity in seven and six dimensions, respectively. For the construction of solutions, we employ the previously constructed consistent truncation of seven-dimensional gauged supergravity on a disk. We uplift the solutions to eleven-dimensional and massive type IIA supergravity, respectively, and study the disk geometry of the solutions. We perform flux quantizations and calculate the holographic central charge and the Bekenstein-Hawking entropy, respectively. In a similar manner, we present the and solutions.
