Ryuji Tanimoto

TL;DR
This paper investigates polynomial involutions in four-dimensional polynomial rings over fields of characteristic two, identifying three distinct types of involutions among triangular automorphisms.
Contribution
It classifies triangular involutions in four-dimensional polynomial rings over characteristic two, revealing three new types of such involutions.
Findings
Identified three types of triangular involutions in characteristic two
Classified involutions among four-dimensional polynomial automorphisms
Enhanced understanding of polynomial involutions in characteristic two
Abstract
We are concerned with polynomial involutions in characteristic two. In this note, we look for involutions among triangular automorphisms of the four-dimensional polynomial ring in characteristic two and obtain three types of such involutions.
