M. S. Guimaraes, I. Roditi, S. P. Sorella

TL;DR
This paper introduces Bell's inequality within relativistic Quantum Field Theory, demonstrating its violation in the vacuum state for a real scalar field and causal wedges, highlighting quantum nonlocality in a relativistic context.
Contribution
It provides a self-contained analysis of Bell inequality violations in relativistic QFT, focusing on the vacuum state and causal regions for the first time.
Findings
Bell inequality is violated in the vacuum state.
Violation occurs for causal complementary wedges.
Highlights quantum nonlocality in relativistic QFT.
Abstract
A concise and self-contained introduction to the Bell inequality in relativistic Quantum Field Theory is presented. Taking the example of a real scalar massive field, the violation of the Bell inequality in the vacuum state and for causal complementary wedges is illustrated.
