Abstract
On October 3, 2024, the "Em\'ilias Podcast -- Women in Computing" celebrates its 5th anniversary, standing out as a platform that promotes the participation of women in STEM (an acronym for "science, technology, engineering, and mathematics"). The podcast aims to provide a space for women in computing and related fields to share their experiences and highlight the various opportunities in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The methodology included a feedback survey with interviewees, conducted via Google Forms, to assess their experience and determine whether they would recommend the podcast. In addition, we analyzed audience data, which showed consistent growth over the five years.
