Thi Nhung Dao, Duc Ninh Le

TL;DR
This paper presents new NLO electroweak and QCD corrections to polarized W+W- production at the LHC, providing detailed cross section calculations and hierarchy explanations for future collider energies.
Contribution
It provides the first independent calculation of NLO electroweak corrections for doubly polarized W pair production, including comparisons and predictions for future colliders.
Findings
NLO electroweak corrections significantly affect polarized W pair cross sections.
The hierarchy of polarization cross sections is explained via the Born approximation.
Predicted cross sections for future colliders at 27, 50, and 100 TeV.
Abstract
In this contribution, we present new results of next-to-leading order (NLO) electroweak corrections to the doubly polarized production cross sections at the LHC, via the full leptonic final state. This calculation has been recently achieved independently by two groups: one in Germany and our group in Vietnam. A comparison of the two results will be presented. We include also the NLO QCD corrections in the numerical analysis since they are dominant and therefore important for comparison with experimental results. New results of integrated cross section for future proton-proton colliders with TeV, TeV, TeV are provided. Moreover, a detailed explanation of the hierarchy based on the Born approximation is given.
