Contribution
It provides a detailed analysis of fluctuations in the $KBc$ framework and explicitly derives constraints on fluctuations around multibrane solutions.
Findings
Explicit constraints on fluctuations derived from equations of motion
Analysis focused on space-time independent leading order fluctuations
Advances understanding of stability and structure of multibrane solutions
Abstract
We investigate open string fluctuations around multibrane solutions within the subspace of open string field theory. Specifically, we consider space-time independent fluctuations of leading order zero in the expansion. A constraint on fluctuations around a multibrane solution is explicitly derived from the equation of motion.
