Elucidating the z-dependence of the MOND acceleration (a_0) within the Scale Invariant Vacuum (SIV) paradigm
Vesselin G. Gueorguiev

TL;DR
This paper derives an explicit z-dependence of the MOND acceleration within the SIV theory, estimates cosmological parameters, and finds data consistent with no z-slope, challenging previous claims of z-dependence.
Contribution
It provides the first explicit analytic expression for the z-dependence of a_0 in the SIV framework and re-evaluates cosmological parameters using low and high-z data.
Findings
Estimated Omega_m = 0.28 ± 0.04 from low-z data
Estimated Omega_m = 0.055 from combined data sets
Data are consistent with zero z-slope in a_0
Abstract
In a recent paper: ``On the time dependency of " the authors claim that they have tested ``one of the predictions of the Scale Invariant Vacuum (SIV) theory on MOND" by studying the dependence of the Modified Newtonian Dynamics (MOND) acceleration at two data sets, low- () and high- (). They claim ``both samples show a dependency of from ". Here, the work mentioned above is revisited. The explicit analytic expression for the -dependence of the within the SIV theory is given. Furthermore, the first estimates of the within SIV theory give using the low-z data only, while a value of is obtained using both data sets. This much lower leaves no room for non-baryonic matter! Unlike in the mentioned paper above, the slope in the…
