Search for the radiative decay $D^+_s \to \gamma \rho(770)^+$
BESIII Collaboration

TL;DR
This study searches for the rare radiative decay $D_s^+ o ho(770)^+ o ext{final states}$ using BESIII data, hints at a possible signal, and sets upper limits on its branching fraction.
Contribution
First search for the decay $D_s^+ o ho(770)^+ o ext{final states}$, providing the first experimental constraints on its branching fraction.
Findings
Hint of $D_s^+ o ho(770)^+$ with 2.5$\sigma$ significance.
Measured branching fraction $(2.2 imes 10^{-4})$ with uncertainties.
Upper limit on branching fraction set at $6.1 imes 10^{-4}$ at 90\
Abstract
Using 7.33 fb of collision data samples collected with the BESIII detector at center-of-mass energies between 4.128 and 4.226 GeV, we search for the radiative decay for the first time. A hint of is observed with a statistical significance of 2.5. %Our data contains a signal of this decay with a statistical significance of 2.5. %No obvious signals are found with the current statistics. The upper limits of the branching fraction for is set to be 10. The branching fraction of is measured to be , corresponding to an upper limit of 10 at the confidence level.
