Factorised scattering and (non)integrability for marginally deformed $ AdS_5/CFT_4 $
Dibakar Roychowdhury

TL;DR
This paper investigates how marginal deformations of certain 4d conformal field theories affect their integrability, using scattering amplitude factorisation techniques in 2d sigma models, and finds conditions under which integrability is preserved.
Contribution
It demonstrates that in specific non-SUSY CFTs derived from marginal deformations, scattering amplitude factorisation indicates the potential preservation of integrability.
Findings
Factorisation of scattering amplitudes can occur without flavour D6 branes.
Non-integrability is ruled out in certain non-SUSY CFTs.
The study clarifies the conditions for integrability in deformed AdS/CFT models.
Abstract
We study non-SUSY CFTs that are marginal deformations of SCFTs in 4d. We explore the fate of integrability and/or non-integrability in these CFTs using the techniques of factorisation of scattering amplitudes in 2d sigma models. We show possibilities for the factorisation of scattering amplitudes in the absence of flavour D6 branes which rules out non-integrability in the dual non-SUSY CFTs.
