Abstract
In recent years, the countries of the world have drafted the specifications of connected cars; for instance, the Security Credential Management System (SCMS) has been proposed by United States Department of Transportation (USDOT), and the Cooperative Intelligent Transportation System (C-ITS) Credential Management System (CCMS) has been proposed by European Union (EU).
