TL;DR
This paper investigates how different gamma_5 schemes affect the contributions of specific operators in SMEFT to Higgs pair production, including NLO QCD corrections, highlighting scheme dependence issues.
Contribution
It provides a detailed analysis of gamma_5-scheme dependence in SMEFT calculations for Higgs pair production, incorporating NLO QCD corrections and operator interplay.
Findings
Gamma_5-scheme dependence significantly impacts SMEFT predictions.
Interplay between four-top-quark and chromomagnetic operators affects results.
NLO QCD corrections are essential for accurate SMEFT predictions.
Abstract
The calculation of contributions from the chromomagnetic and four-top-quark-operators within Standard Model Effective Field Theory (SMEFT) to Higgs boson pair production in gluon fusion is presented, in combination with NLO QCD corrections. Here we focus on the -scheme dependence introduced by the four-top-quark-operators and the interplay with other operators contributing to this process in SMEFT.
