Blockchain technology, heralded as a transformative innovation, has far-reaching implications beyond its initial application in cryptocurrencies. This study explores the potential of blockchain in enhancing data integrity and traceability within Industry Cyber-Physical Systems (ICPS), a crucial aspect in the era of Industry 4.0. ICPS, integrating computational and physical components, is pivotal in managing critical infrastructure like manufacturing, power grids, and transportation networks.
