Expressions for specific chiral-odd GPDs are derived and analyzed.
Abstract
We study the chiral-odd generalized parton distributions (GPDs) of the and quarks inside the proton at zero skewness using the overlap representation within the light cone formalism. Using the light cone wave functions (LCWFs) of the proton obtained from the baryon-meson fluctuation model in terms of the Fock states, we provide the expressions of the GPDs , and for and . Numerical results for these GPDs in momentum space as well as in impact parameter space are presented. We further investigate certain combinations of the chiral-odd GPDs in impact parameter space to the spin-orbit correlation effect of the sea quarks.
