Ibuki Terashima, Tetsuo Hyodo

TL;DR
This paper constructs coupled-channel potentials involving quark and hadron degrees of freedom to analyze the internal structure of the exotic hadron X(3872), comparing local approximations via scattering phase shifts.
Contribution
It introduces a method to model hadron-hadron potentials coupled to quark channels specifically for X(3872), advancing understanding of its mixed quark-hadron nature.
Findings
Different local approximations show varying accuracy in phase shift predictions.
The coupled-channel potential approach reveals insights into the structure of X(3872).
Comparison of potentials aids in understanding the internal composition of exotic hadrons.
Abstract
To study the internal structure of the exotic hadron , considering the coupled-channel potential between quarks and hadrons is necessary because is regarded as a mixture state of and . In this work, we construct the hadron-hadron potentials coupled to the quark channel and study the properties of the potentials for . In particular, we compare various local approximations by focusing on the scattering phase shifts.
