John H. Fegebank, Sergei M. Kuzenko

TL;DR
This paper performs Faddeev-Popov quantisation of Zinoviev's gauge-invariant model for massive higher-spin bosonic fields and extends the Singh-Hagen model to higher dimensions.
Contribution
It provides the first quantisation of Zinoviev's gauge-invariant formulation and generalises the Singh-Hagen model to dimensions greater than four.
Findings
Successful Faddeev-Popov quantisation in Minkowski space
Extension of the Singh-Hagen model to higher dimensions
New insights into massive higher-spin field theories
Abstract
In 2001, Zinoviev proposed a gauge-invariant formulation for a massive bosonic field with spin in a spacetime of constant curvature. In this paper we carry out the Faddeev-Popov quantisation of this theory in -dimensional Minkowski space. We also make use of the Zinoviev theory to derive a generalisation of the Singh-Hagen model for a massive integer-spin field in dimensions.
