Stanislav Dubni\v{c}ka, Anna Zuzana Dubni\v{c}kov\'a, Mikhail, Alekseevich Ivanov, Andrej Liptaj

TL;DR
This paper reviews the covariant confined quark model (CCQM) and its application to B meson decays, comparing theoretical predictions with experimental data across leptonic, semileptonic, and non-leptonic processes.
Contribution
It provides a detailed exposition of the CCQM and surveys its application to various B meson decay modes in the context of existing experimental and theoretical results.
Findings
CCQM successfully describes B meson decay processes.
Comparison shows good agreement with experimental measurements.
Survey highlights areas for future theoretical improvements.
Abstract
The aim of this text to present the covariant confined quark model (CCQM) and review its applications to the decays of mesons. We do so in the context of existing experimental measurements and theoretical results of other authors, which we review also. The physics principles are in detail exposed for the CCQM, the other results (theoretical and experimental) are surveyed in an enumerative way with comments. We proceed by considering successively three categories of decay processes: leptonic, semileptonic and non-leptonic.
