R. Dutta, Aurel Stan

TL;DR
This paper proposes a model for neuronal degeneration driven by amyloid-beta and tau oligomer folding dynamics, aiming to understand disease progression through polymer chain connectivity and simulation.
Contribution
It introduces a novel model linking polymer folding dynamics to neuronal degeneration, with initial development and simulation steps outlined.
Findings
Model development completed
Simulation framework established
Foundation for understanding disease progression
Abstract
In this work, we develop model for neuronal degeneration based on polymer chain folding dynamics and their connectivity in various scale. In the first phase, we just developed the model and numerical simulation need to be complete in order to complete the mathematical development of the disease progression.
