Pulse Sequences to Observe NMR Coupled Relaxation in AXn Spin Systems
Russell A. Brown

TL;DR
This paper introduces modified HSQC pulse sequences to observe coupled relaxation in various AXn spin systems, enabling detailed analysis of ${}^{13} extrm{C}$-coupled relaxation phenomena in NMR spectroscopy.
Contribution
It proposes new pulse sequences based on HSQC modifications for observing coupled relaxation in AX, AX$_2$, and AX$_3$ systems, expanding NMR analysis capabilities.
Findings
Pulse sequences can produce 1D and 2D proton NMR spectra.
Applicable to ${}^{13} extrm{CH}$ and ${}^{13}{ extrm{CH}}_2$ systems.
Facilitates observation of coupled relaxation in complex spin systems.
Abstract
NMR pulse sequences that are modifications of the HSQC experiment are proposed to observe -coupled relaxation in AX, AX, and AX spin systems. and moieties are discussed as exemplary AX and AX spin systems. The pulse sequences may be used to produce 1D or 2D proton NMR spectra.
