Niloufar Barghi-Janyar, Davoud Kamani

TL;DR
This paper calculates the rate at which open superstrings are produced between two parallel D3-branes in a compact spacetime, considering effects of gauge fields and the Kalb-Ramond field using boundary state formalism.
Contribution
It introduces a method to compute open superstring pair production rates in a compact spacetime with dressed D3-branes using boundary state formalism.
Findings
Derived explicit pair production rate formula.
Analyzed effects of gauge potentials and Kalb-Ramond field.
Enhanced understanding of string interactions in compactified backgrounds.
Abstract
We employ the boundary state formalism to compute the pair creation rate of the open superstrings from the interaction of two parallel D3-branes. The branes live in the partially compact spacetime. In addition, they have been dressed with the internal gauge potentials and the Kalb-Ramond field.
