TL;DR
This paper reviews coherent elastic neutrino-nucleus scattering, discussing its potential to measure neutron distribution, weak mixing angle, and explore new physics beyond the Standard Model.
Contribution
It provides a comprehensive overview of the physics, experimental results, and future perspectives related to coherent elastic neutrino-nucleus scattering.
Findings
Neutrino scattering can probe neutron distribution in nuclei.
Measurements can determine the weak mixing angle.
Potential to discover new neutrino interactions beyond the Standard Model.
Abstract
We review the physics of coherent elastic neutrino-nucleus scattering and the results and perspectives for the measurements of the radius of the neutron distribution of the nucleus, of the weak mixing angle, and of new neutrino interactions due to physics beyond the Standard Model.
