TL;DR
This paper predicts higher molecular $P_{ ext{psi s}}^{ ext{Lambda}/ ext{Sigma}}$ pentaquarks arising from specific baryon-meson interactions using a one-boson-exchange model, suggesting potential candidates for experimental detection at LHCb.
Contribution
It introduces a detailed theoretical prediction of higher $P_{ ext{psi s}}^{ ext{Lambda}/ ext{Sigma}}$ pentaquarks from $ ext{Xi}_c^{( ext{prime},*)}ar D_{1,2}^*$ interactions, including $S$-$D$ wave mixing and coupled channel effects.
Findings
Predicted promising molecular pentaquark candidates with specific quantum numbers.
Potential for experimental detection through $ ext{Xi}_b$ baryon decays at LHCb.
Identification of possible $P_{ ext{psi s}}^{ ext{Sigma}}$ candidates in isovector channels.
Abstract
The discoveries of the and as the potential molecules have sparked our curiosity in exploring a novel class of molecular pentaquarks. In this study, we carry out an investigation into the higher molecular pentaquarks, specifically focusing on the states arising from the interactions. Our approach employs the one-boson-exchange model, incorporating both the - wave mixing effect and the coupled channel effect. Our numerical results suggest that the states with , the states with , the states with , the states with…
