On the limiting behaviour of the su(N) structure constants
J. S. Dowker

TL;DR
This paper revisits the asymptotic behavior of su(N) structure constants as N approaches infinity, revealing a parity property linked to mirror symmetry in 6-j symbols, enhancing understanding of algebraic limits.
Contribution
It demonstrates that a parity property of su(N) structure constants aligns with mirror symmetry of 6-j symbols, connecting algebraic limits with symmetry properties.
Findings
Parity property matches mirror symmetry of 6-j symbols
Clarifies the limit behavior of su(N) structure constants
Links algebraic limits to symmetry principles
Abstract
The details are expounded of an old treatment of the limit of the su(N) structure constants as N tends to infinity. A recently derived parity property of the series expansion is shown to be the same as the known mirror symmetry of 6-j symbols.
