TL;DR
This paper provides a new characterization of a generic method for constructing bent functions, leading to more efficient constructions and resolving an open problem in the field.
Contribution
It introduces a novel characterization that enhances the construction of bent functions and addresses a previously open problem.
Findings
New characterization for generic bent function construction
Efficient new construction method for bent functions
Resolution of an open problem in bent functions
Abstract
In this letter, we give a characterization for a generic construction of bent functions. This characterization enables us to obtain another efficient construction of bent functions and to give a positive answer on a problem of bent functions.
