Soeren Kleine, Andreas Nickel, Torben Ritter, Krishnan Shankar

TL;DR
RSA+ is a new probabilistic cryptosystem that merges RSA and Rabin features, aiming to enhance security and performance in public-key cryptography.
Contribution
It introduces a novel cryptosystem combining RSA and Rabin, with analysis of its security and efficiency improvements.
Findings
Enhanced security features demonstrated
Comparable or improved performance metrics
Potential resistance to specific cryptographic attacks
Abstract
We introduce a new probabilistic public-key cryptosystem which combines the main ingredients of the well-known RSA and Rabin cryptosystems. We investigate the security and performance of our new scheme in comparison to the other two.
