TL;DR
This paper develops a light-cone gauge framework for analyzing massive and partially-massless fields in AdS(4), introducing new representations of spin operators using bosonic spinor-like oscillators that unify bosonic and fermionic cases.
Contribution
It presents a novel light-cone gauge action for these fields and introduces simplified spin operator representations using bosonic spinor-like oscillators.
Findings
Explicit light-cone gauge actions for fields in AdS(4) are constructed.
New spin operator representations unify bosonic and fermionic fields.
The approach simplifies the analysis of massive and partially-massless fields.
Abstract
Using light-cone gauge approach, bosonic and fermionic massive and partially-massless fields in AdS(4) space are considered. For such fields, light-cone gauge action is presented. Considering the massive and partially-massless fields in helicity basis and CFT adapted basis, two simple representations of spin operators entering the light-cone gauge action are discussed. The simple representations for the spin operators are obtained by using bosonic spinor-like oscillators. The bosonic spinor-like oscillators allow also us to treat the bosonic and fermionic fields on an equal footing.
