TL;DR
This paper presents systematic measurements of particle spectra, yields, and ratios in Au+Au collisions at 54.4 GeV at RHIC, analyzing bulk properties and freeze-out parameters to understand the created system.
Contribution
It provides new experimental data on particle production and freeze-out conditions at this collision energy, expanding the understanding of heavy-ion collision dynamics.
Findings
Particle spectra and yields are measured at mid-rapidity.
Kinetic freeze-out temperature and flow velocity are extracted.
Results are compared with previous collision energies.
Abstract
We report systematic measurements of bulk properties of the system created in Au+Au collisions at = 54.4 GeV recorded by the STAR detector at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider (RHIC). The transverse momentum spectra of , , and () are studied at mid-rapidity for different centrality classes. We also present mid-rapidity measurement of particle yields and particle ratios in Au+Au collisions at = 54.4 GeV. The kinetic freeze-out parameters ( and ) are extracted from particle spectra using the blast-wave model, and all the results are compared with previously published experimental results.
