Christian Sturm, Benjamin Summ, Sandro Uccirati

TL;DR
This paper computes next-to-leading order electroweak corrections for Higgs production and decay processes in the Higgs-singlet extension of the Standard Model, highlighting their significance for both light and heavy Higgs bosons.
Contribution
It provides the first detailed calculation of electroweak corrections in the Higgs-singlet extension, extending Standard Model results to new scalar scenarios.
Findings
Electroweak corrections are similar to SM for light Higgs.
Corrections can be significantly larger for heavy Higgs.
Results impact precision predictions in extended Higgs models.
Abstract
We calculate the next-to-leading order electroweak corrections for Higgs-boson production in gluon fusion and the Higgs-boson decay into two photons or gluons in the real Higgs-singlet extension of the Standard model (HSESM). For the light Higgs-boson of the HSESM the electroweak corrections for these processes are of the same order of magnitude as in the Standard model. For the heavy Higgs-boson of the HSESM the electroweak corrections can become large depending on the considered scenario.
