On squares associated to the Piatetski-Shapiro sequences
Wei Zhang

TL;DR
This paper improves results on the distribution of squares within Piatetski-Shapiro sequences by combining three different ideas, advancing understanding of their arithmetic properties.
Contribution
It provides a slight improvement over previous results on the distribution of squares in Piatetski-Shapiro sequences using novel combined techniques.
Findings
Enhanced bounds on square distribution in Piatetski-Shapiro sequences
Introduction of three new ideas to improve existing results
Deeper insight into the arithmetic structure of these sequences
Abstract
We can give a slight improvement for a result related to the distribution of squares in Piatetski-Shapiro sequences of Liu-Shparlinski-Zhang \cite{lsz} by involving three different ideas.
