Soft gluon theorems in curved spacetime
Peng Cheng, Pujian Mao

TL;DR
This paper derives a soft gluon theorem applicable near the horizon of Schwarzschild black holes, connecting flat and curved spacetime results through gauge symmetry considerations.
Contribution
It introduces a soft gluon theorem in curved spacetime, extending flat spacetime results to black hole horizons via large gauge transformations.

Connects gauge symmetries with black hole horizon physics
Abstract
In this paper, we derive a soft gluon theorem in the near horizon region of the Schwarzschild black hole from the Ward identity of the near horizon large gauge transformation. The flat spacetime soft gluon theorem can be recovered as a limiting case of the curved spacetime.
