Absence of excited eigenvalues for Fr\"ohlich type polaron models at weak coupling
Robert Seiringer

TL;DR
This paper proves that for certain polaron models, including Fröhlich, no excited eigenvalues exist below the essential spectrum at weak coupling, clarifying spectral properties of these quantum systems.
Contribution
It establishes the absence of excited eigenvalues at weak coupling for a class of polaron models, including the Fröhlich model, at zero total momentum.
Findings
No excited eigenvalues below the essential spectrum at weak coupling
Results apply to a class of polaron models including Fröhlich
Spectral properties are clarified at zero total momentum
Abstract
We consider a class of polaron models, including the Fr\"ohlich model, at zero total momentum, and show that at sufficiently weak coupling there are no excited eigenvalues below the essential spectrum.
