TL;DR
This study investigates { extLambda}(1520) resonance production in heavy ion collisions using EPOS3+UrQMD, focusing on how transverse spherocity and multiplicity influence resonance yields, shedding light on production mechanisms and medium properties.
Contribution
It introduces an analysis of { extLambda}(1520) production dependence on event topology and system size using EPOS3+UrQMD, providing new insights into resonance behavior in heavy ion collisions.
Findings
Resonance yields vary with transverse spherocity and multiplicity.
Event topology influences resonance production mechanisms.
Results enhance understanding of the hadronic phase properties.
Abstract
Resonances are sensitive to the properties of the medium created in heavy ion collision. They also provide insight into the properties of the hadronic phase. Studying the dependence of the yield of resonances on transverse spherocity and multiplicity allows us to understand the resonance production mechanism with event topology and system size, respectively. The results reported pertains to {\Lambda}(1520) . The data from EPOS3 is used for the present analysis.
