Felix Rein, Simone Rodini, Andreas Sch\"afer, Alexey Vladimirov

TL;DR
This paper calculates key transverse momentum dependent distributions at next-to-leading order, linking them to collinear distributions in the small-b limit, advancing theoretical understanding of nucleon structure.
Contribution
It provides the first NLO calculations of Sivers, Boer-Mulders, and worm-gear distributions in terms of collinear distributions in the small-b limit.
Findings
NLO expressions for TMD distributions derived
Connections established between TMD and collinear distributions
Enhanced precision in theoretical predictions of nucleon structure
Abstract
We compute the Sivers, Boer-Mulders, worm-gear (T and L) transverse momentum dependent distributions in terms of twist-two and twist-three collinear distributions in the small-b limit up to next-to-leading order (NLO) in perturbation theory.
