Orthogonal and strong frame starters, revisited
Douglas R. Stinson

TL;DR
This paper surveys the concepts of frame starters, orthogonal, and strong frame starters in abelian groups, revisiting known results and presenting some new findings on their existence and nonexistence.
Contribution
It provides a comprehensive review of existing results and introduces new existence and nonexistence theorems for frame starters in abelian groups.
Findings
Revisited key existence and nonexistence results
Proved new existence results for certain abelian groups
Identified gaps and open problems in the theory of frame starters
Abstract
In this paper, I survey frame starters, as well as orthogonal and strong frame starters, in abelian groups. I mainly recall and re-examine existence and nonexistence results, but I will prove some new results as well.
