TL;DR
This paper investigates the relativistic partial wave structure and decay properties of the $B^{*}_{2}(5747)$ meson using the Bethe-Salpeter method, revealing significant relativistic effects and decay widths consistent with experimental data.
Contribution
It provides a detailed analysis of the partial wave components and relativistic corrections in the strong decays of $B^{*}_{2}(5747)$, which was not previously studied in this depth.
Findings
Partial wave ratios in $B^{*}_{2}(5747)$ meson identified.
Calculated decay width matches experimental measurements.
Relativistic effects contribute around 10-15% to decay processes.
Abstract
By adopting the relativistic Bethe-Salpeter method, the OZI allowed strong decays of the state are studied, emphasis is paid to the relativistic corrections. We first study the partial waves in the wave functions used, find that there are , and partial waves in meson, and the ratios . We also find for , and for meson. The large components of the wave in and wave in means that large relativistic effects existing in these states. Second, we calculate the strong decays, the obtained total decay width MeV and the branching fraction / are consistent well with experimental data. Third, we study the…
