TL;DR
This study uses contactless acoustic techniques to measure electrical properties like conductivity and mobility in single-layer graphene on lithium niobate, providing insights into its electrical behavior.
Contribution
First application of contactless acoustic methods to characterize electrical parameters of graphene on lithium niobate.
Findings
Electrical conductivity measured in graphene.
Carrier mobility and concentration determined.
Insights into low-temperature electrical behavior.
Abstract
Contactless acoustic methods were used to determine electrical parameters - electrical conductivity, carrier mobility and their concentration - in single-layer graphene deposited on the surface of lithium niobate.
