TL;DR
This paper presents a new general method for constructing quaternary Hermitian LCD codes, analyzes their punctured and shortened variants, and improves bounds on their minimum weights for lengths 12 to 30.
Contribution
It introduces a novel construction technique for Hermitian LCD codes and enhances existing bounds on their minimum weights for specific lengths.

Improved lower bounds on minimum weights for lengths 12 to 30
Abstract
We introduce a general construction of many Hermitian LCD codes from a given Hermitian LCD code. Furthermore, we present some results on punctured codes and shortened codes of quaternary Hermitian LCD codes. As an application, we improve some of the previously known lower bounds on the largest minimum weights of quaternary Hermitian LCD codes of length .
