Abstract
Technological developments in the current era of globalization cannot be avoided, with increasingly rapid progress to become technology as a medium of information that is very much needed in life. Mailo store is one of the SMEs that have used the website and the internet as a medium for storing their information to the wider community, therefore an evaluation is needed to measure the ease of website users for users using Usability Testing which has 8 variables, namely learning (learnability), Efficiency (efficiency), Easy to remember (memorability), Errors and security (errors), Easy to understand (Understandability), Easy to operate (Operability), attract user attention (Attractiveness), Satisfaction (satisfaction).
