A Valid Quantization of a Half-Harmonic Oscillator Field Theory
John R. Klauder

TL;DR
This paper develops a valid affine quantization approach for the half-harmonic oscillator field theory, extending the quantization methods for simpler models to more complex field theories.
Contribution
It introduces a new affine quantization method for the half-harmonic oscillator field theory, enabling further applications to realistic models.
Findings
Successful affine quantization of the half-harmonic oscillator field theory
Demonstrates potential for quantizing more complex field theories
Provides a framework for future theoretical developments
Abstract
The usual full- and half-harmonic oscillators are turned into field theories, and that behavior is examined using canonical and affine quantization. The result leads to a valid affine quantization of the half harmonic oscillator field theory, which points toward further valid quantizations of more realistic field theory models.
